i never lived here ( i know im annoying ) HOWEVER terrence really went above and beyond to see if there were any balconies ( i love being emo on balconies ) like ABOVE AND BEYOND I was a little gagged in a good way. IDK about the apartment but he was pretty cool and if you want anyone to make sure you live in an apartment i’d listen to terrence. He fr won me over from honesty 😭 also parking is 135 which is MAD cheap compared to places which were 400 a month ( yugo 🤪🤭) if the people at the front desk are good then the place is usually good ykwim? ppl do state weird stuff about the apartment which is 110% real but if i were you id prob get to know the staff cause their people too like duh they want ur money but u want a room 🤭 A GOOD ROOM!!

Do not chose them if you can. Upon move-out from 21st Pearl Apartments, we were assessed $250 in charges for two items: 1. “Dust on a light fixture” 2. A small scratch on the couch that pre-existed our move-in and was already present when we took possession of the unit.We made multiple, good-faith attempts to resolve this directly and professionally with management. Those efforts went nowhere. This is not about the money—it’s about unreasonable move-out practices and poor customer resolution. Charging residents for normal wear or pre-existing conditions is unacceptable and erodes trust. Bottom line: exercise caution. If you’re considering 21st Pearl, document everything aggressively and think twice. If you’re already there, be prepared at move-out. Sharing so others can make an informed decision.

Don’t live here: way too expensive, apartments are super dirty and paint all over the floor, very creepy hallways, everything always breaks, maintenance takes forever. Both elevators are ALWAYS broken. No lobby or anything. Hallways are outdoors. Also a very badly lit area of west campus, there was recently a drug bust across the street, just not a good area. They make you use an app to unlock your door and the app takes forever and often crashes.
