What voids the rebate
- Visiting a property before registering with us
- Omitting iFind High Rises from the application
- Leasing a community that does not pay locators
- Working with another locator simultaneously
- Lease terms shorter than 12 months
How to secure your rebate
- Use our link or referral to schedule all tours
- Mention iFind High Rises on your first contact with the community
- Photograph your application showing us as the referral source
- Submit the lease-report form within 30 days of signing
