If you’re considering moving here, I strongly recommend doing thorough research, asking management direct questions about safety measures, and speaking with current residents. Trust your instincts—something about this place just didn’t feel right to me.

DO NOT LIVE HERE I’ve been dealing with a utility bill dispute since the end of July, and the management has done nothing but lie, stall, and give me the runaround. My final bill showed over 24,000 gallons of water usage in a unit that was completely vacant except for a few brief visits. For comparison, when the unit was fully occupied for an entire month, the usage was only 2,370 gallons. That’s more than 10x higher when nobody was living there, clearly a leak or meter issue. Despite providing them with all the evidence (their own audit logs and usage graphs prove my point), they continue to ignore the facts and insist on charging me for water I didn’t use. They promised resolution in “1–2 business days” over six weeks ago, and I’ve been lied to multiple times since then about the timeline, the steps being taken, and even a supposed refund. Still nothing has been resolved. I’ve escalated my complaint to external channels, and I strongly warn anyone considering living here: 21 Rio management will nickel-and-dime you, fabricate charges, and drag their feet when you call them out. Save yourself the headache and avoid this place. If I could give below one star, I would
