5755 Hermann Park

Lived here for almost 2 years and I still absolutely LOVE it here!! It’s quiet, packages are delivered to our doors, friendly neighbors, and AMAZING team members. I feel safe here and never have to worry about safety. I can’t say enough good things about the team here! Maurice (leasing) is incredibly kind and funny. I always have pleasant experience when chatting with him! Quartney (property manager) is quick to respond to any need I have and is always available when I need her. The maintenance team is the HIGHLIGHT of living here! I haven’t had many issues, but the ones I did have were pretty major and maintenance came and fixed everything about an hour after submitted a work order. The response was so fast and he was amazing! Only took him like 5 minutes to fix my AC. Super kind guy. Everyone on the maintenance team is kind, knowledgeable, and they truly take care of the residents. Really appreciate him and all of the 5755 Team! Yall are the best 😊Thank you for all of your hard work!!

Stopped at 5755 for a tour after touring a few other places in the same location. Was blown away by the customer service during the tour as well as the features in the apartment and overall facility. Especially impressed by the wonderful customer service of Maurice and ultimately decided to sign a lease. I’m looking forward to moving in soon.

This apartment complex is SO NICE! I came to visit my friend I wasn’t able to tour because I was really short on time but Quartney was so nice & gave me some good information & a brochure. I just wanted to shout her out for her GREAT customer service & friendliness which is really hard to find these days! Maurice was also really nice & friendly. I’ll definitely be back when my lease is up to tour with them.
