7600 Broadway

This place has completely gone downhill. They sold the dream for the first 76ers to pay an insane amount of rent and concierge fee just to take away little by little all of the extra benefits that made the rent price make sense. There are frequent breakdowns and several amenities have remained inoperative or unreliable for extended periods. Team leads will enforce rules and threats at any given time on residents but will not take accountability for their lack and ability to follow through on their own job responsibilities. This is a beautiful building for San Antonio and unfortunately there are not many choices for residents that live in this city to choose from when it comes to luxury living. It’s sad to see this building go downhill in such a short amount of time. There is a serious need for an organizational restructure.

Was moved into a unit and not told that it sat near the same line as the garage speed bumps. Everytime anyone ran over them, it shook my apartment. I notified them literally the day after I moved in and was told I had to wait 6 months and pay a $3500 moving fee. I had to go over managements to get moved. As stated before by other residents, if you mess up or make a genuine mistake such as me not noticing my dogs poop one time … you get threatened with a fine immediately and sent pictures like I committed a felony. Also tried to have them communicate to my Neighbor about their music being to loud at 2:30am and the response was that they didn’t hear anything. Elevators are always down. Dan and Arnold (concierge) are great btw So is Tabitha and I feel bad she is always having to clean up other managements shortcomings. Breaking my lease early for work relocation fortunately

I recently visited family who recently moved into 7600 Broadway and they LOVE IT. Embrey did it again with an amazing build! The team members I came in contact with were extremely friendly particularly Brianna(sp) and the maintenance team members who were sure to smile and greet. If I were considering moving 7600 Broadway would definitely be a top contender! Well done!
