Moved into my unit in October '25 and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about my entire experience so far! During my initial tour, Patrick was just wonderful to work with! He answered all my questions and helped me apply on the spot. Before move-in, Patrick, Micaela, and Joshua in the front office allowed me to move my move-in date with no issues and rushed to clean my unit after the old tenant moved out so it was in great shape for me to move-in. It was such a great experience i even extended my lease before move-in day! The garage is gated and i've yet to see the gate break down (my old complex had gate issues every other day), there's plenty of parking, and I've seen private security walking the garage overnight! Since I've moved in, i've had a couple maintenance "issues" (regular apartment stuff) that the maintenance team has gone ABOVE & BEYOND for! My requests are reviewed same-day and either resolved or addressed by the next day. Amir is responsive, knowledgeable, and exactly who you want to help you with any surprise maintenance needs! Just, the best! The *only* thing I'll say to be aware of is if you're living on the east side or close to downtown, you have to be prepared for some acts of vandalism (as you do in most cities). There's only been one instance of vandalism in our garage since my move-in but even then, the front office team handled it wonderfully! They sent out an email alerting tenants, immediately hired daytime security, and even helped my friend check on my car as I was out of town when this occurred. A long review to say, i would definitely recommend living here or anywhere this team manages! Thank you!

I’ve lived at 7East for 7 years and continue to be impressed with the way this community takes care of its residents. Recently, my entire sink collapsed unexpectedly, and the maintenance team handled the situation with urgency and professionalism. Amir came by the very next day to assess the issue and immediately coordinated a contractor to get everything repaired. Not only did they install a brand-new sink, but they also replaced the entire floor in the area which had a bit of water damage, and the work was done quickly and with great attention to detail. Throughout the whole process, Amir checked in, communicated clearly, and made sure everything was resolved to a high standard. The level of service here has always been consistent, and this experience is just another example of why I’ve chosen to stay at 7East for so long. Big shoutout to Amir for going above and beyond. His professionalism, kindness, and follow-through truly make a difference. Highly recommend living here!

Moved in recently and have had such a positive experience so far. Patrick made my leasing/move-in process so seamless and has been extremely kind! I had a few maintenance issues upon move-in that Amir addressed swiftly- he’s super knowledgeable and eager to help!
