Affinity At Monterrey Village

I submitted an inquiry online for more information and Bella followed up with me within 5 minutes. Amazing! She kindly answered all my questions. I set up an appointment to meet Bella and have a tour. The property is beautiful and the people here are so friendly and welcoming! Everyone! I first met Randy and he welcomed me to the property and, right away, he made me feel at home. Then, I got to meet Bella and she was amazing! She took the time to answer any questions that I had before we started our tour. On my tour, she let me look at each of the apartments that I wanted to see. The amenities here are plentiful and astounding! The property is very well-maintained. The maintenance team are efficient and take great care of the residents' needs. Thomas is just the best and Tony is helpful too! Rita got my apartment ready for me to move in, which I appreciated very much! The day I moved in, I cannot tell you how many residents introduced themselves to me, welcoming me to Affinity at Monterrey Village! It is quiet and safe here. I am so happy to be the new community director. The team here is awesome. The residents were so warm and welcoming. The community is so clean and the residents are so active. We are playing Trivia this afternoon and having snacks. Come see us.

Very friendly residents welcomed me into the fantastic world of Affinity at Monterey Village. I am safe to go around anywhere in the apartment complex. Countless activities, and so many great amenities not usually found at an apartment complex. I am thrilled to have found my home. The staff here work nonstop to provide a family-type relaxed cheerful friendly atmospheres, always available for questions, or help any way they can. I have been a widower for two years, and all of the friendly people are such a great help to be around.
