Alder At The Grove

Would not recommend. Even though it is new and marketed as “luxury” you can hear everything through all the walls, above, below, and sides. I constantly hear people screaming and running up and down the halls. Packages are constantly being stolen with no help from management. Elevators are constantly broken. Doors that require a key fob are always propped open eliminating the idea of a “safe” community. Gate for apartment parking is constantly broken as well. It truly just doesn’t meet the standards they promise.

I toured this apartment recently and was very impressed. The community is clean and well organized, and the apartmentst appear to be well cared for. The staff were kind, patient, and knowledgeable. They explained everything clearly and made a great first impression. I feel confident about choosing this place as my future home.

(July 2024): So far, I feel very lucky to have come across this complex and leasing staff. I really enjoy the amenities, location, and surrounding neighborhood; the park is amazing! Everyone in the office that I’ve met (Yesenia, Cher, Jack, Keisha) have always welcomed me with kindness and have worked hard to quickly assist and resolve any questions or concerns I’ve had. I would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a safe and well-kept option close to downtown or UT. Update (July 2025): still highly recommend the complex!
