Alexan Braker Pointe

I’ve lived here for about 5 months now (since July), and I wanted to wait before writing a review so I could give an honest assessment. After this time, I can confidently say that the friendliness, honesty, and willingness of the management team to go out of their way for residents has been truly awesome. I’ve had a couple of minor issues come up, nothing they had to fix, but they still went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of in a timely manner. They’re always so friendly and helpful. When I toured, Leann was amazing, and she even took the extra step of proactively calling me when the floor plan I wanted became available. That meant a lot. Everyone I’ve met in the building has been very friendly, and the community overall has a great vibe. I’ve seen a few reviews mentioning noise, but I face the pool and it’s been very quiet for me (and I was here in the summer) so I’m not really sure what others are referring to but to each their own. Yes, the walls are a little thin, but that’s true in many apartments unless you’re paying top dollar for a luxury high-rise. My neighbors have been respectful as well which speaks volumes when you're living in an apartment building. You really get the most bang for your buck here and they're always open to improving things that need it. The management team puts on great community events, and the building has a nice mix of young professionals as well. After five months, I’m genuinely happy I chose to live here.

I recently moved into the Alexan after 24 years at another property, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice. The community is well maintained, with clean common areas. The apartment itself is spacious, with updated appliances, plenty of natural light, and smart layouts that make everyday living comfortable. It has a nice gym with brand new equipment. The only negative is having only 2 treadmills which is the most widely used equipment in the gym. They should have at least 3. It's quiet and comfortable and the overall atmosphere is peaceful perfect for relaxing after a long day. It's close to the domain which makes errands and commuting easy. The management team and maintenance crew are responsive, professional, and genuinely care about residents’ needs.

I had such a great experience at Alexan Braker Pointe with Leeann. She was so kind, welcoming, and full of positive energy. I ended up signing the lease and I’m happy that I did. Enjoying my apartment so far and highly recommend!
