Best move-in and rental experience I've ever had! I moved to Austin a few weeks ago for a new job, and I am so happy I decided to make this place my home. I didn't have the opportunity to do tours before I moved, but they were so helpful and patient throughout the process, providing pictures and videos of every unit I was considering. I had so many questions throughout the application process, but the staff made the whole process so easy, even going as far as holding a unit for me while I worked through some hiccups on my end (thank you Jaime!) The location is also pretty great. Downtown is practically five minutes away, and there are so many good bars and restaurants within a couple of miles. I'm enjoying exploring the area, and I feel safe doing it. Since moving in, it has been nothing short of amazing. You can really tell the staff care about the people who live here, not just the apartments. I have had nothing but great interactions with everyone. Huge thanks to Lily, Carlos, and Serenity for making my move such a great experience. If you’re looking for a new apartment with an amazing team and a great location, this is definitely the place!

Carlos has been amazing throughout the whole process! He has been quick with responses, pictures needed before our move in day and even now that we are residents. Thank you so much for helping us get the most amazing view with a storage near by. Highly recommend! Not only do you have most amazing food around, also the trail!!

The building is minutes away from the trail, walking down by the river and grabbing a cup of Noble Joe's coffee are some of my favorite things about the building. Oh and that it is brand new too! My apartment is so spacious and well priced. If you are looking to move in Austin you NEED to book a tour here. The promos they are running are so good! It is a great location of town everything you need is in walking distance and it is in a calm area. Great restaurants, a few live music venues in the neighborhood, Rosita's tacos right next to us (such good tacos!!) w are close to amazing shopping in South Congress, and with HEB and Local Pastures right by us you have amazing grocery store options. The front desk people are so kind, helpful, and attentive. Carlos was amazing during my viewing and signing process and the management is very good as well, very quick and responsive. For this area of town, brand new units with lots of floor plans to chose from, and all the specials they are running this place is unbeatable!
