Alexan Riverside

I had a great experience at Alexan Riverside. The location is hard to beat—right by Lady Bird Lake with easy access to trails, downtown, and everything Austin has to offer. The community is clean, modern, and well-maintained, and the amenities are top-tier without feeling overdone. The staff is friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. Ben, the assistant manager, was especially awesome—super approachable, responsive, and went above and beyond to make the experience smooth and stress-free. Maintenance requests were handled quickly, and the overall atmosphere feels safe and welcoming. If you’re looking for a place in Austin that combines convenience, comfort, and great service, Alexan Riverside is absolutely worth it.

I’ve lived at Alexan Riverside for about 6 months now and have had a great experience so far. The property is very well maintained and consistently clean, which truly makes a difference day to day. I really admire how they prioritize hosting multiple resident and community events each month. It genuinely feels like a true community, not just an apartment complex. The staff are friendly, make a point to remember names, and are very responsive with any questions or work orders, which I truly appreciate. I’ve enjoyed using the pool, pool and ping pong tables, community rooms, turf and BBQ area, and the fire pit which has recently become my favorite place to drink wine with friends now that the weather is getting cooler. My friends love coming over to hang out, and it’s nice to have so many entertainment options all in one place. The location is another major perk with easy access to the trail and only about an 8-minute drive to downtown Austin. Overall, it’s been a great place to live and I genuinely enjoy being here.

The leasing team is always so helpful with all of our questions, and maintenance is quick and efficient with any service requests. The location is amazing — just a 10-minute walk to the trail, and you really can’t beat having a 24-hour pharmacy, our dentist, Pho please, Buzzmill, Jackalope, and 1618 all within walking distance. No car needed! We recently transferred units, and the building was incredibly gracious and helpful in figuring out all the moving parts. We now live in a very spacious apartment and pay very reasonable rent for the area. Highly recommend living here!
