I’ve been living here for about 4 months now, and I’ve had a really great experience so far. The hallways and other common areas are well-kept, and the apartments themselves have nice amenities. In addition, the garage has a lot of parking spots and feels very safe. The maintenance workers here are very friendly and hard-working. I’ve only had to put in one maintenance request. I submitted it around midnight, and the issue was fixed early the next morning. Christian in the front office goes the extra mile to make residents feel welcome. I had a package that was left in the mail room (too bulky to fit in the package lockers), and Christian brought it directly to my apartment to ensure it got to me. One of the greatest things about this apartment is the people. It’s a quiet community, and everyone I’ve met has been friendly. I had another package that was delivered to the wrong apartment, and the resident of that apartment very kindly brought the package to my front door. While the apartment is not inexpensive, it’s priced similarly to other apartments in this area. In Houston, you get what you pay for, and I think this apartment is well-worth what I pay.

We would like to thank the manager Angelica and the entire staff for their excellent management and the kind, respectful way they treated us during the 15 months we lived here. It was always a pleasure to interact with such a professional, helpful, and friendly team. We truly appreciate the support and care we received and are very grateful for the positive experience.

New management company started while we were still in our 18 month lease. After moving out, we received several bills for damages that did not exist. After disputing the claims with photos everything was settled. Now 3 years later, we are receiving notifications from collection agencies. Make sure you keep everything on file and communicate through email only when speak to the staff.
