Alta Center Point

Highly recommend. Let me start off by saying I just moved here from the Houston area and have been living at this complex for 4 months now. Its a very quiet community which I love. Its well kept and the pool was always clean. There is plenty of parking even when I come home late, which I've read has been issues in other communities. The office staff are amazing they always have nice little events for the tenants here, random donut days, pies for fall and a pet Halloween contest. The Gyms clean and spacey. They have complimentary coffee and snacks daily. Me and my daughter love it. I recently had an issue where my rent was going to be a tad late and Sadie from the office worked with me during that stressful time. THANK YOU SADIE!!! I dont have a bad thing to say, so if you can get an apartment here you wont be disappointed, its been great. Im lucky to have landed here being im not familiar w the area. Good luck in your search!

My chi and I just moved in officially over the wknd and I’m loving it so far!! Mike was super helpful and kind. He got me all the move-in specials and concessions he possibly could. Maintenance and leasing office are both responsive and friendly. Great area across from the outlets. HEB, Buc-ee’s, and shopping center w all the essentials in NB are

Alta is by far the best apartment complex I have rented with! After moving yearly for the past 5 years, I can confidently say my husband and I have found a place to stay for a while. The management goes above and beyond from daily needs like keeping the complex sparkling clean, snacks and coffee stocked in the leasing office to monthly events. Any concerns are met with the upmost respect and fixed immediately. I love living in a place where I feel safe and welcomed by everyone.
