Alta Sunset Heights

I can honestly say I absolutely love living here! Since moving in at the end of April 2025, I’ve been so impressed. The property itself is beautiful and meticulously maintained and you can tell they really take pride in the grounds and common areas. But what really sets this community apart is the management team. They are genuinely super helpful and responsive. I’ve had a few interactions with Alexa, and she is always professional and quick to make sure everything runs smoothly. Similarly, Aaliyah has been fantastic, showing they truly care about the residents and creating such a comfortable, enjoyable environment. The amenities are excellent, too. The WiFi is great, and the various workspaces scattered around the community are perfect for focusing on work or just relaxing in a lovely setting. It’s an easy, comfortable, and enjoyable place to call home. Highly recommend this community to anyone looking!

Good place to live moved in not a long ago very chill and safe pool are is beautiful the staff is very friendly and responsive , nice amenities quite neighborhood. Me and my girlfrieng love it Highly recommended we"ll stay here for a very long time!!

The community is well-kept, peaceful, and feels genuinely cared for. The amenities are solid, the location is convenient, and everything has a modern, comfortable vibe. I also want to highlight Aaliyah — she has been outstanding. Always friendly, always professional, and always willing to help. You can tell she takes pride in making sure residents are taken care of, and it really makes a difference in the day-to-day experience. Overall, Alta Sunset Heights has been a great place to call home. Highly recommend!
