AMLI 300

This is overall a great place to live close to downtown, it's walkable to the trail, great restaurants and coffee shops, workout classes, and trader joes and whole foods. It is certainly an older property, but it is cozy, people are friendly, and staff is prompt to respond and assist when needed! I had a good experience living here! Other than a stolen bike from the bike storage, I felt safe and secure there. There is also free guest parking which is a huge plus downtown! For a more affordable downtown location, this is a good place to be!

I love living at AMLI 300! The building is great, and the lease process was smooth thanks to Miriam. She was kind, accommodating, and worked hard on our behalf! It was a pleasure working with her, and she really made the whole experience enjoyable.

The location is what has kept our family at AMLI 300 for almost 4 years now, but there have been multiple issues with the building in our time here, including a car theft that was pretty much brushed aside and downplayed. There are frequent maintenance issues with the building (namely, elevators, which is concerning), but our unit itself has been fairly well maintained; though it is important to note that the quality of appliances is cheap. The people who have managed the building over the years have been great to us, and I guess that is another reason we have felt comfortable staying here. But all in all, it's the location and not much else. Especially now that our children are zoned to an excellent elementary school.
