I’ve recently moved to the area and have truly enjoyed my stay here. The apartment complex feels very safe and peaceful, which has made settling in such a positive experience. My studio apartment is surprisingly spacious, and I have a beautiful view of the park right outside my window. The staff has been incredibly helpful and kind. Recently, I accidentally dropped my keys into the recycling dumpster, and Justin and Angelina immediately stepped in to help retrieve them without any hesitation. They handled the situation with such professionalism and care, and I was extremely grateful for their help. Overall, this has been a wonderful place to live, and I highly recommend it!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve had a great experience so far! The application process was super easy, and Gillian and the team have been amazing from day one. Any questions or issues I’ve had were handled quickly and clearly. I had a small issue with my parking sticker and another minor issue and everything was resolved without any hassle. After the initial walk-through, any maintenance items were fixed very fast, which really stood out to me. The community itself is awesome — the gym is always clean and available, communication from management is clear and consistent, and the location is super convenient with lots of stores and amenities nearby. The only minor downside is that some delivery trucks come pretty early in the morning (even on weekends), but it’s honestly not a big deal. Overall, I’m very happy living here and would definitely recommend it!

My husband and I were about to sign the lease on an apartment at AMLI Branch Park, but thankfully the amount of prejudice and dismissal shown to someone with a disability was staggering enough to let us know not to move there. Thanks Shelbi! I suffered a traumatic brain injury in the military that left me with painful sound sensitivity and auditory processing disorder. That’s nobody else’s problem to understand, and my husband and I try to pre-plan as best we can to make sure I can function. When looking at AMLI Branch Park, we were trying to find an apartment within the building that would be more likely to provide me with a reasonable quality of life. Before finalizing the lease on a specific apartment, we asked to meet with the manager to ask questions about the exterior/maintenance operations in that area so we could get an idea of what we’d be dealing with and how he and I could mitigate or adjust our daily situation as needed. There are legal requirements under the FHA and ADA which prohibit discrimination and require reasonable accommodation for someone with a disability. But seriously, what I was asking for - a quick 10 minute information-only meeting with a manager to find out what major noise events there would be each day was a bare minimum, tiny request. Not even asking to *change anything* which we made clear. It was a meeting for us to gather information only, not to make requests. We only wanted to get information from an authoritative source, so we could make an informed decision, and make adjustments as needed. When I say the management treated my disability and concerns about my disability like a joke, it was to a point where she double and triple downed. The manager Shelbi refused to even meet with us for a 10 minute walkthrough of the area. She required all communication to go through her leasing rep, who was caught in the middle. She advised him to just tell us just to spend a full day in the apartment to see for ourselves. She required me to re-explain my disability to justify answering any questions (when ultimately she refused to meet with us). After 6 days of back-and-forth of us just trying to politely get a meeting with a manager and not really understanding the big deal, Shelbi ultimately decided the leasing rep (who didn’t know the answers to our questions, and had given us vague “I’ll have to ask my manager” on starting point questions, was going to be the one we had to meet with in person. Which would be a waste of our time. Shelbi didn’t even have the courage to say any of this directly to us. It was all back and forth through this poor leasing rep, left hanging by his own management. And I still don’t understand her mindset in doing this other than a control trip or not wanting to deal with someone with a disability. What manager says “no, I won’t speak to a potential future resident on concerns they might have”? Especially when it’s about their concerns regarding their disability? Shelbi from AMLI Branch Park does. I was heartbroken to walk away from AMLI Branch Park based on what I knew would be a terrible management experience. The apartment itself was beautiful. But looking at these reviews - especially the ones that are from people who’ve lived there and not just tours - make me think it was for the best. But Shelbi should probably find a new job that’s not in the service industry. Or in the very least, get some training on how to handle people with disabilities, professional communication, and hell even compassion.
