AMLI Downtown

I've lived at the AMLI Downtown for three years now and recently completed a transfer in the building to a different unit. Heather Stokes in the leasing office was a tremendous help, providing a white-glove experience every step of the way to ensure the move was as seamless as possible. Her attention to detail and follow through was exceptional!

A really great experience moving in. The staff was so friendly and gave me really great information. Then they followed it up with an orientation that helped solidify what can sometimes be a fire hose. The apartment was in excellent shape, and move-in day was relatively painless. So happy in my new apartment downtown, looking forward to some really wonderful experiences and urban living at AMLI Downtown.

I have lived at the AMLI for going on two years. I have throughly enjoyed living here. I see other complaints about constant fire alarms, and this has not been an issue for me in my unit; not sure if this is just luck. I lived in another downtown "luxury" apartment complex previously that was absolutely horrific compared to this, and every apartment has little things that go wrong every once in awhile, but overall I feel like this is a great place to live. I face towards the pool and hear essentially zero noise from the surrounding city. Getting things fixed has always been easy. The location is unbeatable. My only tiny complaint would be that the Latch key system sucks, but many apartments have this and it is only mildly annoying. Would definitely recommend AMLI Downtown to a friend.
