I’ve had a wonderful experience with the team at AMLI Southshore, especially Jen and Calli. Back in March 2025, I toured the community with Jen. I originally wasn’t even considering a studio, but she encouraged me to take a look — and I’m so glad I did. I instantly fell in love with the space. Jen was incredibly professional, enthusiastic, and thoughtful throughout the entire leasing process. She genuinely listened to what I wanted and helped me find the perfect unit I didn’t even know to ask for. More recently, in November, Calli helped me transfer to another studio in a different building, and she also went above and beyond. She was patient, responsive, and proactive with every detail. Calli made the whole transfer process so smooth, and I really appreciated how she stayed on top of communication and made sure everything was handled quickly and correctly. Both Jen and Calli have made my experience at AMLI Southshore extremely positive, and I’m grateful for their professionalism, kindness, and willingness to go the extra mile. For living here: the location can't be beat, and I love 1618 so having a resident discount allows me to eat here all the time!
