Aura Thirty2

I recently moved into this apartment community and I can confidently say it has been a five-star experience so far. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and supported by an amazing team. The management and maintenance staff are truly outstanding. Dezirae and April are especially helpful whenever I have a question or need assistance. They are always professional, friendly, and quick to respond, which makes a huge difference. Any issue I’ve had has been handled promptly and efficiently. I also love how pet-friendly the community is. It’s clear that they genuinely welcome pets, and that means a lot to me. One of my favorite things about living here is the resident events. They create a strong sense of community and give everyone a chance to connect. It’s been a great way to meet neighbors and feel at home. Overall, I truly enjoy living here and would highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a well-managed, welcoming, and community-focused place to call home.

I’ve been here since they have opened and I’ve always loved how professional the staff is and the resident events are always so thoughtful and it’s been a good way for me to make friends when I first moved to Austin. The new staff they have is phenomenal. Specifically Dezirae she has made the whole process so easy for me as I’ve transferred apartments mid lease. The management Billie and Lorena are always so helpful in every situation and I couldn’t be more grateful to call aura thirty2 my home!

Aura Thirty2 has been my home now for over 2 years now, across 2 separate leases, and I have absolutely loved living here. Between the location of the apartment, the amenities it has to offer and the staff in the leasing office, Aura Thirty2 constantly has coming back to renew my lease! As I had mentioned, the staff at this location is AMAZING! Lorena in the leasing office has been another key reason why I continue to renew my lease! She’s always incredibly helpful, professional, and kind. Whether it’s handling maintenance requests, answering questions about lease renewals, or just checking in to make sure residents are taken care of, Lorena goes above and beyond every single time. It’s rare to find someone in property management who is both efficient and genuinely cares about the residents — but that’s exactly who Lorena is. She is always responsive, patient, and makes everything feel easy and stress-free. It’s clear she takes pride in making this community a great place to live. Outside of the amazing staff and quick response times to maintenance requests, the amenities are nothing shy of amazing. There's lots of gym equipment including several treadmills, cables, free weights, a punching bag, stationary bikes and an upstairs yoga studio! Not to mention the plentiful communal space and private rooms built for the perfect work from home day downstairs or enjoying the open space in the sky lounge. Finally, the 2 pools, billiards table, barbecue pits and cabana swing are a major plus on a cool summer evening. Living at Aura Thirty2 has been an absolutely amazing experience and I cannot speak higher about this apartment complex! I would highly recommend that you take a tour of this complex and I am sure you will be amazed just like I was!
