Jenny helped us finalize our move-in paperwork and got us set up very quickly. Even though she had a really busy schedule, she still made time to help us and made the process feel smooth and stress-free. Lee also helped us get started with the apartment and was very helpful and welcoming from the beginning. Both of them were friendly, responsive, and really helpful!

I can’t say enough great things about my experience at Avenue Grove! Lee, my leasing agent, was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, as was the entire management team. They made move-in seamless and answered every one of my calls and questions with prompt, friendly communication, which I truly appreciate. The maintenance team has also been amazing and quick. The location is unbeatable, super walkable and less than 10 minutes from anything you could possibly need. The cleanliness of the community and the concierge team are an added bonus that make living here even better. Having lived in different apartments across Houston over the last 7 years and as a Realtor and apartment locator of many years who’s seen countless properties, I can confidently say this community is one of the best!
