Bell Lakeshore

Have lived here for two years! The staff has always been incredibly helpful and quickly responds to any problem. We recently had a pipe burst above us and the staff helped save most of our stuff and get us into a new apartment on the same floor within a couple days. If you are looking for a place to live bell lakeshore is the best in town! Skyler and Joe are incredible staff!

Hands down 5 STARS!!! Visited and lived in many apartment complexes around ATX. This is by far one of my favorite places to live at a reasonable price. Complex is always clean and amenities are top notch! Easy access to i35, close to lake and walking trail. 2 pools, gym, grills, cabanas, dog park, 24/7 coffee, game room, roof lounge and so much more. Management team (Skylar, Dan) and maintenance do an amazing job running the place. Friendly, responsive and host great events. They make you feel right at home. Just signed a new lease with them for 2026 and so pumped for my new spot.

I love living here! I moved here this summer (2025) after living down the street at another complex on Riverside Dr. Great location - next to bar/coffee/market + HEB is a single block away. Great floor plans / lighting / and overall community amenities. The staff is friendly and accommodating. They've gone above and beyond for any requests and make me feel like I am part of the community. For the few maintenance issues i've had to request fixes for - they were always same day if not within hours. Overall 5 out of 5 stars. The two pieces of feedback I would provide are around valet trash and Fetch package service. Let people choose to pay for these versus including it with no option to opt-out. For valet trash, I get it - they want the community clean, and I appreciate it, but realistically it costs $5-10 to haul a single bag of trash down to the dumpster.... Not worth it.
