Everything here is broken. There is absolutely zero upkeep and things never get fixed once they break. One elevator has been broken for seriously five months at this point, and another just broke too, leaving the entire building with one working elevator. The leasing office never has more than one person working at a time, so it’s impossible to get help with anything it seems. Packages are always being stolen here. There are a lot of people who are terrible neighbors. There’s one guy in particular who has attacked my dog TWICE and he continues to not leash his dog even after attacking mine twice and getting chewed out by me. THE POOL WAS CLOSED BY THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT. This place is a wreck.

I’ve had great interactions with the whole team here, but Asia has truly stood out in a way I’ve never experienced at any property. She’s personable, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in the residents’ well‑being. One moment that really stayed with me: she literally took her lunch break to help me study for a professional exam. The material was dense, and she still sat with me, talked through concepts, and made sure I understood. That kind of care is rare. Every time I stop by the office for coffee, she’s a bright, grounding presence. She makes the community feel warm and welcoming, and she consistently goes the extra mile without being asked. Having someone like Asia in the leasing office truly elevates the experience of living here.

I’ve been living here for 2 years and plan to stay until I buy a home. So far this place has been so nice for my daughter and I. They are strict on visitor parking & you must register your vehicle, if not you’re towed immediately. Which I understand. I’ve never had any issues with electricity or water. My car has never been broken into. For the most part, all is well. What does make this spot better is the leasing staff. They’ve always been kind to my kid and I. I’ve seen 2 managers & assistant managers come and go, and I don’t know why but I always get so sad when they leave. But each person they bring on is equally as great. The people I’m neighbors with, all are young professionals like myself, very cordial & sweet. It’s a great spot to live in. No nonesense, no ghetto mess, just peace & good vibes. Is the rent pricey? A little. But it’s worth it.
