Reply: Washer / Dryer in every Unit; spacious 2-bedroom apartment; Friendly competent Staff; Clean Hallways/Grounds; Garages. Advertised as a "Gated Community." Why. I leave the property; I return and Police 👮 presence toooooooooo Often. THEFT has increased over the past 3 years. For example: Vehicle Break-ins, Vehicles stolen, packages taken from front doors, etc. I put a DoorCam on as a deterrent. SEE Something / SAY Something. I Do! GUN PLAY. Someone shot ammo through a 2d floor apartment recently in the rear of Building 2. Front Gate has been Inoperable 4+ years (prior to Broad Management presence). The Hallways are NASTY, carpets soiled from water damage and other -- Unkempt. Walls are Soiled especially out/incoming doors -- entire Complex. Building 2 Stairs are Nasty, Unkempt, bugs, lizards; staircase separation at the walls, snakes laying babies in garage-housed vehicles; Staircases: paint peeling, someone started to paint but never Finished. Floor tiles missing impeding wheelchair movement. I did a GOOGLE Review almost two years prior ... "Work-in-Progress." WHAT Happened. I am acutely Aware this Property is NOT making $$$. I am aware the age range changed (lowered). [2015: 55+ Seniors / Disabled — advertised]. I’m aware there are MORE children than adults. Multiple daycare providers; No playground! $2000 and a 60-day Notice is Required to break Broad Management’s Lease. Rent Increases at-will anytime during the Signed Lease. (Numerous increases.) Indoor Sanitation. smh Trash bags in hallways days at a time. I requested Pest Control recently; but the Nasty (Bugs) are in the Elevators and Hallways! SERVICE REQUESTS. “Broad Management Group” Original WASHER / DRYER. Malfunctioning. Numerous requests to remedy; 2-month online service requests. Not Done! There have always been 2+ maintenance workers on the Property. Management changed in 2022; property workers downsized recently. Told two weeks prior that maintenance working at “sister property—emergency.” Staffing is below par; 200 Units. BRYAN, the maintenance man. Assistant Property Manager (Ivan) stated “employees not required like Tenants to display Property Tag ...” Bryan stated: "I have it Tags), but I didn't put it on!" (Vehicle parked improperly immediately by Dumpster recently). That “1” is Argumentative, Uncivil, Rude Behavior (Bryan). I sincerely Respect those "who" are due Respect, but I stated: "the Rude Maintenance man is NOT allowed in Unit ____ period." I fear for my Safety (English-speaking) Yes, I'm concerned.ALL Exit Gates are Padlocked! smh Who is prepping the 4 Star reviews? Untrue. What TIME is it.

Out of the past 18 years my grandmother has lived here. The past 2 years have been the most disappointing. The front gate and surrounding fence have not been fixed for a long time. Where is the security in living here?? Most of the garages are missing the door or the door is broken. The side door hinges are broken or completely gone. The building 4 elevator works sometimes or it doesn’t. Which is completely unacceptable and unreliable Rent Prices have been raised, but it doesn’t look like any of the money is being input into the upkeep of this complex. The staircases are dirty, sometimes urinated on and the staircase windows are boarded up since the past hurricane. These are elderly people being disregarded and taken advantage of The pictures online are complete misguide. It is so disappointing and such a disrespect that these people have to live here just because rent is more affordable than other places.

If you live here and have visitors make sure your car/truck gets register correctly and don't make any mistakes. towing company will take your car and will pay $350 at your expense. so as a human being you aren't able to missed a letter on the plate because they will take your car without no mercy
