I’ve truly enjoyed living at Boerne Livin. The energy in the office is always great—from the leasing team to the assistant, everyone is welcoming, helpful, and professional. Anytime I’ve needed help, especially with small maintenance issues in my apartment, the response has been quick and handled with urgency, which I really appreciate. It’s been a positive experience overall, and I definitely recommend Boerne Livin to anyone looking for a place that feels supportive and well-managed.

JD is a top notch maintenance professional. He is always respectful, courteous and very knowledgeable! I have been here almost 4 yrs and he has proven to be a real professional ! The entire staff starting with Abe, Harley and Hayley are serving our community very well right now. The grounds and inside are taken care of. Thanks to all of you for taking care of Boerne Livin!
