Brava

Takes deep breath. My wife and I lived at Brava for 3 years. I even moved my mother to a separate unit. We never wanted to leave and were wanting to stay for long haul. That all changed when we were robbed. Yes robbed from our “secure penthouse” My wife and I traveled all over the world while living there. However the ONE day maintenance came to “check our fireplace” while we were on a family vacation. The very same night my home was ransacked. Priceless items, Christmas presents for my wife and child all stolen. Security a joke. Accountability a joke. No answers. No sympathy. No cooperation. Just “crime happens everywhere” multiple friends car stolen out of garage. At least 8-10 in one year people. Criminals rejoice coming to Brava. You’ve been warned. A beautiful building that is rotten on the inside awaits you.

I’ve been living at Brava for some time now and I can honestly say my experience has been great and positive. The view here is beautiful, the building itself is gorgeous, the amenities are amazing and the concierge team is always friendly and professional. What I appreciate the most is how wonderful and understanding the leasing office and management team have been. I’ve had wonderful experiences with Jenna, Ryan and Kelly, they’ve been kind, understanding, professional and genuinely attentive and responsive whenever I’ve needed help which is very important and makes a big difference. I really feel like they listen and care about the residents. I’ve had great experiences living here and I’d definitely recommend Brava to anyone looking for a great place to live!

I love the valet team at Brava. From the day I moved in, they have always been incredibly polite and helpful—especially Patrick. Every time I arrive or leave the building, he greets me with a big smile and a wave. He has also helped me countless times with large package deliveries, even going out of his way to carry them up to my room. The valet team is truly a great asset to the building and consistently goes above and beyond their role as valets
