Broadstone North Lamar

My time at broadstone n Lamar is coming to an end and I wanted to share some parting thoughts. First and foremost, Rafael and Aubrey are on the ball and have been wonderful hosts throughout the past 15 months. The apartments themselves are top notch. The showers feel like you’re in a spa. Gas stoves and beverage coolers are top notch. The painting scheme is pretty and everything feels cozy overall. The common areas are well kept and clean. Walking through the hallways is ridiculously clean. The pet owners overall have a handle on their animals and I don’t spot too many stains. Safety is a huge factor and there’s always security patrolling the building. You can tell the building’s safe by the fact that ring cameras are almost non existent. In fact, my neighbor had a package outside her door for over a month and no one touched it, that’s how safe it is. The only con really for me and why I’m moving is noise. N Lamar is just way too noisy and if your unit faces the street, you’ll be bombarded by so much chaos from day to day. Screaming homeless people, police sirens, loud buses, a warehouse club that plays techno until 4 in the morning, etc etc. But at the end of the day this is not broadstones fault and I cannot factor this into my rating. If you are sensitive to noise I highly recommend a court yard unit or one facing east. Overall , I highly recommend broadstone to any potential renter.

This is a great complex, I have struggled for a while trying to find a good place to live out in this area, due to school / job constraints, but this location checked every box I was looking for. I have genuinely enjoyed the amenities, and have never had any issues with any uncleanliness. The maintenance staff is great, and have fixed my smallest issues with no complaints.

Living at Broadstone North Lamar has been such a great experience! The property is well-kept, amenities are clean, and maintenance is always quick to respond. A special thank you to Rafael, he truly goes above and beyond! He’s knowledgeable, friendly, and always willing to help make sure everything feels comfortable and taken care of. You can tell he genuinely cares about the residents. I really appreciate the level of service and community here!
