Broadstone Oliver

Broadstone Oliver is a great community. We worked with Aleja and she is wonderful - so friendly, welcoming, and communicative. Aleja and team made the whole leasing process and moving in very seamless and pleasant. Everyone on the team seems to work very well with each other and are on top of everything. All our questions were answered very promptly and thoroughly. Maintenace team is great as well. We would definitely recommend Broadstone Oliver.

Aleja was a true angel! She was so attentive and extremely helpful! Every question I had, she was able to walk me through the answer. People like her are a gem for a leasing agent. Nonetheless, the apartments are beautiful here! Pretty spacious and the amenities are great, they even have a mini golf course, it’s so cute! Anyways, thank you so much again Aleja for all your help, I really appreciated it!

Such an amazing new, modern community and management team. Love the vibe here and the area. The deals are fire: 10 weeks FREE rent and $1,000 gift cards to move in. They do great with their resident events as well. I attended a wine tasting with charcuterie boards event. Met some good people/residents and had a good time.
