Really enjoying my time at Caroline West Gray. The apartment is clean, well-maintained, and in a great location. Maintenance has been quick and easy whenever needed. Big shoutout to Justin, my leasing agent — he was super helpful, responsive, and made the whole move-in process smooth and stress-free. Overall, great experience and definitely recommend.

This has truly been one of the best choices I’ve ever made. From the location to the amenities and the overall quality of the building, everything about this place has exceeded my expectations. It is not only beautiful and well maintained, but also incredibly comfortable and convenient for everyday living. The community here is what really sets it apart. Everyone is kind, welcoming, and genuinely supportive, which has made it feel like home from the very beginning. Justin has been absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. From answering all of my questions to making everything smooth and stress free, he went above and beyond to ensure I felt confident and taken care of. His professionalism, friendliness, and willingness to help at any time made such a positive difference in my experience. As a recent graduate, I wasn’t completely sure where I wanted to live or what would feel right for this next chapter of my life, but I can confidently say that choosing this place was the best decision I could have made. I’m so grateful to be part of this community and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an exceptional place to call home.

I’ve noticed that while these apartments have great potential, there are several ongoing maintenance and access issues that make living here less convenient than expected. Over the past year, there have been recurring problems such as garage gates not opening even with valid access stickers, elevators from the garages being out of order multiple times, and key fobs frequently needing replacement. There have also been a few instances of water shutoffs, power outages, and fire alarms going off, which can be quite disruptive. It’s concerning that management has needed to access units multiple times throughout the year, and the package room system has also gone down on several occasions. While the property itself is nice and the location is convenient, the frequent interruptions and access problems make it hard to feel fully secure or at ease living here. I hope management can focus on improving reliability and communication, as this community could be a great place to live with more consistency.
