I’ve had a great experience living at this community. The complex is beautiful, well-kept, and the views are amazing. A special shout-out to Annette — she’s always attentive, responsive, and ready to help with any question or issue that comes up. Her professionalism and kindness make the whole experience even better. Highly recommend this place!

I’ve been living here for a couple months now and every day I wake up so happy that I moved here! I love my apartment so much. It’s beautiful. Also, the staff go above and beyond Eddie and Annette are truly welcoming, and they take care of everything. The concierge staff always remember your name. Sometimes it is hard to valet park, But that’s only because it’s only one person working and so sometimes there’s a line. but other than that, I don’t have any other complaints. The environment that they create makes you feel like you can meet people and have a good time living here. I’m not from Houston so that’s important to me. I went to a building party and I was blown away with the effort, the staff had put in! Also, the most important thing to me was not hearing my neighbors, and I do not hear my neighbors!

I just renewed my lease and it was because of Annette Knoth. She has been an absolute blessing as my leasing agent. From the very first day I met her, she has been consistently kind, helpful, and incredibly thorough. She truly goes above and beyond and doesn’t treat you like just a tenant, but as friendly neighbor. I’m so grateful for her dedication, patience, and positivity. Leasing agents like Annette are rare, and I feel very lucky to have her in my corner.
