⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 – Great Move-In Experience! I just moved into this apartment community, and so far everything has been amazing. From the very beginning, the leasing process was smooth, organized, and stress-free. The office staff was patient, helpful, and made sure I understood everything before signing. They communicated clearly, answered all my questions, and made me feel welcome before I even had my keys. When I moved in, my unit was extremely clean and exactly as described. The appliances look new, the floors were spotless, and the whole apartment smelled fresh. Everything worked the way it should, and there were no surprises. You can tell they take pride in preparing the units for new residents. The property itself is quiet, well-kept, and has a comfortable, safe atmosphere. The lighting around the buildings and parking areas makes me feel secure coming and going. Neighbors seem friendly, and the whole community has a calm, peaceful vibe, which I really appreciate after a long day. Maintenance has also been great so far. I put in one small request right after moving in, and they came out quickly and fixed it without any issues. It’s nice knowing things like that are handled fast and professionally. Overall, my move-in experience has been excellent, and I’m already feeling at home. If you’re looking for a clean, welcoming, and well-managed place to live, I definitely recommend this apartment community. I’m excited to be here and look forward to the rest of my stay.

I’ve been here since 2015 and seen amazing changes maintenance team have been excellent with the work orders and treating our fur babies like family so thank you Ricardo and Juan y’all have been doing amazing I love that we have security on ground even our manager staff has been so flexible and awesome to work with my husband and pups and I want to renew again and we love how convient everything is even our neighbors we have all look out for each other and they’re very sweet

DO NOT MOVE HERE! - Lived here for 7months - Roach infested, dish washer would leak, plenty of lights never worked, restroom leaked which caused mold to grow on the ceiling (Maintenance didn't show up for months until i said it was "black mold", even then they just cut up the ceiling w/ the mold and didn't fix the leak until weeks later). This was all before the Texas Winter Storm, got MUCH worse after this, managed to get me off my lease. There's a reason why they change their name/rebrand these apartments to get away from their horrible reviews.
