Cypress At Trinity Groves II

I’m really happy with my new apartment. The space is modern, bright, and has so much natural light, especially with the high ceilings. The community is quiet, well kept, and in a great location, so settling in has been easy and it already feels like home. I also have to shout out Harris for making my move-in experience smooth from start to finish. He was super helpful, kept me updated on available units, answered all my questions, and went above and beyond with tours and follow-ups. His professionalism and genuine support truly made a difference, and I’m very grateful for all his help.

I spoke with Ms. Linda. Let me tell you that my experience was a 10/10 !! When she was showing us the units that were available, she was funny, light hearted, and made the tour fun while being informative! I would definitely recommend her as someone to show you around Cypress! She is a joy and just because of that, we were able to call our apartment a home!!! If you want to tour (which I would) definitely get Ms.Linda! Great heart and soul! May God keep blessing you and thanks for the amazing tour!! The apartments in itself is pretty amazing. The elevators are always working. I can’t hear my neighbors even when they play their music. Everyone greets each other! You get the view and being so close to downtown without all the extra noises! Definitely recommend this place!

During my tenancy, I experienced multiple unresolved issues that significantly affected my safety and quality of living. My bike was stolen on the premises, largely due to ongoing security failures, including a consistently broken parking gate. Additionally, the elevators were frequently out of service, and common areas regularly smelled of dog feces and urine, indicating poor sanitation and maintenance. Despite bringing these concerns to management’s attention, there was little to no response or corrective action taken. I would strongly advise prospective tenants to consider these ongoing issues carefully before leasing here.
