Karla was incredibly helpful and made the process as smooth as possible. Her responsiveness was invaluable when I needed assistance with the application, which made the entire process stress-free. I had expressed my hesitation about not seeing the apartment beforehand since my previous complex didn’t meet ANY standards, but everything was clean and perfect on my move-in day. We also addressed the concerns raised about parking and towing. She explained everything thoroughly and was very transparent about the reviews, which I appreciated. The management has changed, and everything is better now. Overall, I highly recommend Delco Flats! 10/10

If I could give negative stars, I would. This complex is the worst living experiences I’ve ever had. From the outside, it looks nice, but don’t be fooled. Everything inside is made with cheap, low-quality materials that show wear and tear almost immediately. Elevators and hallways are filthy. I’ve had to bring down my own Swiffer twice just to mop the elevator floors because management clearly doesn’t bother with basic cleaning. On top of that, it feels unsafe to live here as a young woman. There have been times I’ve felt uncomfortable and unsafe because of the behavior of certain men around the property. For weeks now, I’ve also been dealing with a neighbor’s dog barking uncontrollably at all hours of the night. Sometimes from midnight until 3am. I filed multiple complaints, even identified the exact unit responsible, and management has completely ignored my emails. It has now been 16 days without a response. The lack of care is staggering. Between the sleepless nights, the filthy environment, the unsafe atmosphere, and the shoddy construction, this complex is a nightmare to live in. This is the first review I’ve ever written, but at this point I feel like it’s the only way to get any attention. Maybe posting publicly will finally elicit a response from management, since private emails have clearly gone ignored. Save yourself the stress—management is unresponsive, the interiors are cheap and dirty, and tenant well-being is clearly not a priority here.
