District At Washington

I really enjoyed my stay here. Great pool. Really solid unit. Tall ceilings. Cozy, especially for what it was. I also just really enjoyed the staff. I didn't have issues with the previous staff, but Victoria, Stephanie and Anna really went above and beyond on a number of items. Bottom line: if you're looking for really affordable rent near the Heights with a great staff, you'd be hard pressed to find a better place to live. Highly recommend.

I really had a great experience with Anna. She was very professional, and went out her way during the leasing process. I appreciate the quality and work ethic she brought. Last but not least, the property itself is just beautiful and the amenities are amazing. Highly recommend for anyone looking to lease!

I recently moved in at the District At Washington. The whole process of applying and moving in was very smooth. This was all due to the wonderful staff in the leasing office. When I first came to tour this apartment complex, Stephanie was very welcoming, professional, and knowledgeable. Once I was approved, Anna assisted me in any way she could to ensure a seamless transition here. I really feel like Anna went above and beyond. I would send her emails late in the evening to inquire about certain things, and to my surprise, she would respond shortly after! She would even call me to ensure that everything was going smoothly and to assist me in any way she could. That's true dedication right there. The leasing manager, Victoria, was very patient with me, answered all my questions with a smile, and ensured everything was squared away before I moved in. On my first day moving in, there was a pool party here hosted by the leasing office with free barbecue! The staff here will host events here for residents occasionally too. Which I really like as well. Overall, I'm very impressed with the staff. Their professionalism and great attitudes made me feel like I was being truly taken care of. The amenities here are amazing as well. One amenity that stuck out to the me is the arcade and mini movie theater that is here that includes reclinable chairs.
