I’ve been living here for about 5 months and have had a great experience so far. The amenities are great, the property is well-maintained, and the staff is friendly and responsive. Maintenance is quick to respond and fix any issues in our unit, which I really appreciate! And the leasing office also does a great job communicating with residents about any updates or issues. I truly appreciate all of the staff, with special thanks to Ornelia for going out of her way to make Eastpoint feel more like home for us. Overall, it’s been an excellent place to live! :)

Ornella went above and beyond to help me find my perfect apartment. With my personal preferences, budget constraints, and the goal of building a small robotics lab in my space, she and the rest of the staff were incredibly thorough and attentive in making sure every detail was covered. Ornella and the entire Eastpoint team were kind, patient, and supportive throughout the entire process. They truly took the time to understand what I was looking for and helped me find a place that was a perfect fit. Highly recommend, 5/5!

I recently moved into Eastpoint Apartments, and I’ve had such a great experience so far! I want to give a special shoutout to Sue and Ornella for being absolutely amazing throughout my move-in process. They were so welcoming, patient, and genuinely excited to help with anything I needed. From answering my (many!) questions to making sure everything was smooth on move-in day, they made the whole transition feel easy and stress-free. It’s clear they really care about the residents here. Super grateful for both of them — Eastpoint already feels like home!
