Ellis Highline

I have been living here for a little over a month—I love it. The moving in process was stressful but moving in general is stressful. Madeline was excellent in helping me move. It was a bit less stressful with her. Stressful, but not as much as other moves. Madeline is always friendly saying hello to me when she sees me and asking if I need help with anything. They have always been transparent with their amenities. Personally, the dog spa is more convenient than an in apartment gym. You can attain a gym membership anywhere. However, grooming for my ESA guard German shepherd dog, yeah I need to do that because he isn’t a friendly dog. It’s just the matter if Ellis Highline is the right fit for you. The parking is annoying but you get used to it. There is also not a lot of space for it. One more thing if you are looking for a quiet neighborhood, this is it. I legit thought no one lived here until we had a practice fire drill and I saw multiple residents. I was like wow, didn’t know y’all also lived here. I love it here.

If you can afford to put yourself in a nicer complex in the area, do it, living here has been one frustration after another. Between the staff repeatedly entering my apartment, doing nothing about stolen packages, non-existent public amenities and the extremely limited parking space, there really isn’t much to love about living here. 2/10 experience.

The tour was not good at all. They do not have a fitness center or pool. There’s limited parking for guests. I asked the leasing agent about additional parking for guest and she looked at me like I yelled FIRE. She recommended that I park at the handicap spots even though I wasn’t. The whole tour was awkward and when we arrived at the model home - the washing machine was running. I was like that’s odd and she was like she was the one that started the load. That seems a little unprofessional. The only positive about this place is the location and base rent. I do not think they’re interested in creating an amazing customer service. I wish them all the best.
