I wish I could leave a better review as this place was amazing when I first moved it but steadily went downhill as time went on. The units themselves were new and updated with stainless steel appliances and were pretty well thought out. The building itself was gorgeous and kept very clean in the beginning. The roof top lounge was also a huge plus since it had a great view of downtown and you could see some amazing sunsets. Some of the amenities (gym, market place, bike storage) were great! However some were constantly in disrepair, the elevators were down frequently, and you could tell they weren't working well from all the grinding and screeching they made. The pool was closed quite a bit and tended to have a pretty nasty green color in the summer, not exactly clean or healthy looking. The people here were such a mixed bag, front office were amazing. I had multiple phone calls with MJ who was very helpful and was able to answer a lot of questions I had with the move out process. Maintenance weren't exactly the friendliest but were so able to address any issue and were very prompt in getting back to your work order. However, the property manager and assistant property manager were a joke, I asked for them to call me back multiple times because of issues with the move out process and never once received a phone call. They tried to double charge my account for early termination fees and didn't update my account to reflect the prorated rent I owed until I was no longer able to access my account to pay it. Since my resident portal was closed I had to wait till they sent my account to Greystar Account Receivables (over a month after the lease ended) who called and threatened to send me to collections the day after they sent me the final bill to pay. So overall a pretty exterior of a complex but pretty rotten underneath the surface.

Such a great community to be a part of. The property is well cared for, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the team truly goes above and beyond. Debbie and her team are always attentive, friendly, and willing to help whenever something comes up. You can tell they genuinely care about residents and take pride in creating a positive living experience. I’m very happy here and would absolutely recommend this community to others.

When I first moved here, this apartment was great! It was very clean and staff would listen to any concerns we might of had. I will say that towing was always a problem as well were the car break-ins that happen pretty much every night (and still do). For the longest time we were pretty vacant which was great but as soon as more people started moving in, seems like staff just stopped caring from the halls gathering dirt, the dog park not being clean and more and more things like doors and elevators breaking. Special mention to the fire alarms once a month waking you up in the am. It really is a shell of what it was. Personally I would look elsewhere as for what you're paying you can get so much more. Just as a side note, you're not getting your deposit back. From experience i know that management will go to extreme lengths to not give it to you even if you have pictures. Hey but thats Greystar for ya. Also im pretty sure the break ins to the bike room is an inside job....Good luck on your apartment search!
