Fairmont Museum District

I got the opportunity to tour the Fairmont today and had an amazing experience! Ava did a fabulous job making the tour not only informative but also personable. She constantly tried to make the tour tailored to my needs and wants when it comes to my ideal apartment. She also provided me a lot of information in regards to next steps for the process of submitting an application. Overall, it was a great experience!

I lived at FMD for 9 years and had a wonderful experience. Maintenance requests were always handled promptly and professionally. The leasing office team was excellent, especially Jessica, who was incredibly helpful throughout my time there. The location is also very convenient—walking distance to H-E-B and other essentials. Highly recommend!

Lived here for 2 years and unfortunately have to leave due to work relocation but this is absolutely the best apartment complex I've ever lived at. The management should run a consulting business on the side cause every apartment building that I've lived at in the equivalent price range has been terrible compared to this.
