Heritage Plaza

I moved in about a month ago, and my experience so far has been wonderful. Jennifer has been especially remarkable — thoughtful with phone check-ins, helpful with packages, and always prompt with answers. Jessica and Ruth at the front desk are consistently professional, welcoming, and attentive. Jimmy from maintenance resolved items quickly during my first week, making the move-in process smooth. Jessica in office management is also responsive and clear via email, which I really appreciate! I feel seen and heard. Based on the level of service and care I’m experiencing now, I feel confident that this same dedication will continue throughout my residency and upon my exit. I’m grateful to be part of a community where tenant needs are genuinely prioritized.

Heritage Plaza is such a great place to live! The girls in the office are always so friendly and helpful, and the maintenance team is truly amazing, fast, reliable, and always going above and beyond. The new management is amazing and the difference is definitely noticeable. The views here are awesome, and the location is right in the heart of downtown and walking distance to restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. I honestly love it here, I’ve recommended this to a friend and he is actually moving in next week. If you’re looking for an apartment with great views and in the middle of downtown, I highly recommend Heritage Plaza.

Just moved in and I’m loving it! The downtown views are insane, especially from the rooftop terrace and the staff is super friendly. Shoutout to Jennifer and Ruth at the front desk who always have a smile and a friendly face and Jessica and Leah for making everything so easy to move in. Location is perfect: minutes from the Riverwalk, and walking distance to coffee, restaurants, shops, and H-E-B. Everyone’s so nice, the maintenance team is awesome, and the vibes here are just 💯. So excited to be living here!
