Hillside Ranch I & II

My daughter is starting her 2nd year living there. She has had no issues. She loves the convenience of the location and easy access to the bus. She has a lot of friends at Hillside and feels safe.

Our daughter lived at Hillside her Senior year and loved it!!!! She always felt safe, huge plus for this mama bear. We moved our son in last summer, he is a Junior, nothing but positive experience for him as well. The few maintenance requests have been fulfilled with no issues and we're addressed quickly. Parking has not been an issue either. He loves the community feel he has there vs where he was prior. We have been very happy with our Bobcats experience at Hillside!!!

Living at Hillside Ranch has been a wonderful experience. I’ve stayed in two other places before moving here, and this community is by far one of the best. The apartments are well taken care of, and the staff-including maintenance, are always kind, responsive and willing to help. They respond quickly to requests and go out of their way to make sure residents are happy. It truly feels like home here, and I couldn’t have asked for a better place to live my last two years here at Texas State!
