posting for the sake of anyone that’s almost willing to believe the fake 5 star reviews. first of all, the management has changed during my lease and while there have been some noticeable improvements like almost properly taking the trash out and barely taking care of the smell by the trash room, there are still a numerous amount of problems with the apartments and the eagerness of the people in the office being willing to be helpful. the payment options has changed on me twice during my stay and while that transition wasn’t a problem, i was never notified it was going to happen. actually now that im thinking about it any major changes or issues i had i was never really notified about. the office has an issue with communication with its tenants and has a completely disregard for their safety and security. they’re willing to scare their tenants and threaten eviction over any amount of money, even without any proper notice of said eviction or any notice of when said fee was due and once it’s paid it’s going to be waived like it never happened once they get their money. there is no urgency to fix problems, not if it’s a leaking pipe in the garage where you can see it’s leaking everywhere, not if you need help in your unit, not if there’s a broken garage gate that anyone can come in and break into our cars here(and they do break into them), or not even a elevator i can trust is going to be in service once i get to it. it’s not worth the 1800+ a month they’re going to end up charging you in little cryptic sewage fees that they can’t even tell you where it comes from or have any information on how the portal they’re charging you with works.

If I could give 0 stars I would don’t believe the 5 stars they have, they were probably paid to do so . I’ve been living here for the past 6 months and it’s been the worst 6 months ever the only good thing about these apartments is the nice view but if we are being honest downtown apartments have the best view . For the amount of monthly rent you have to pay is not worth it these apartments are far from being luxurious. People are always breaking/stealing cars because the gates are always breaking down. Leaky pipes which will get added multiple times into your monthly bill and staff will not bother to fix the pipes . Elevators are always breaking down and smell bad all the time . If an appliance breaks down they take about 1-2 business months to fix it . Dog park is horrible filled with dog poop there’s no lock which is dangerous.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY, After spending one month living at Infinity, I can confidently say this is one of the filthiest and most poorly maintained apartment complexes I’ve ever lived in. The unit I moved into was dirty from day one: dust and grime packed into corners, mystery stains inside kitchen cabinets, floors that turned my socks black, and leftover hair and residue in nearly every drawer. After the exhaustion of moving, I then had to spend hours cleaning the entire apartment myself because it was obvious no proper cleaning had been done before move-in. It added completely unnecessary work and expense on top of an already stressful process. To make matters worse, the elevator closest to my unit went out of service around November 21 and has remained out of order with little to no updates on repair status. Two elevators near my area are now unusable, forcing residents to rely on stairwells that are themselves covered in litter, grime, and strange smells. The advertised amenities were also misleading. The pool table is essentially unusable, with broken cue tips and missing balls. The dog park and surrounding areas are heavily neglected, consistently covered in dog waste and soaked in urine to the point that you can smell it before you even reach the gate. Overall, the level of upkeep here is far below what was marketed or expected.
