I've lived in 3 different apartments in San Antonio. This is by far the best! The amenities are gorgeous, the building is very safe, the staff is amazing! Whenever there were any issues the staff communicated promptly and resolved the issue in a reasonable time. The maintenance staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They host engaging events in building and with the surrounding businessed. The location is gorgeous. I had to move to Houston this Winter and I wish I could've taken the management staff with me!

First things first i felt incredibly SAFE here which was the first priority of mine. Great location right on the riverwalk. So many things to do at walkable distance. Covered, underground and gated parking. Loved the roof top and the pool. The staff is absolutely incredible from the ladies in the front office to the maintenance, such a great team. They always responded quickly and always super helpful and nice. They also put together fun events for the tenants. If I didn’t move states I would have stayed. I miss this place, nothing but good things to say.

Flew out to take a scheduled tour today at 12:30. No one was there to tour us. No one picked up the phone. All that was left was a sign saying that they would be back at 2pm. We were there about 5-10 minutes early to our appointment. Very unprofessional. Update: came back at 3:30 to try again and no one was there.
