Great experience! Love the newness and luxury finishes of my apartment. Most of all I appreciate my neighbors and the multiple opportunities I have to get to know them. The women that run the place are like family and do an excellent job or organizing everything from cocktail parties to birthday parties. Five stars!!

Jovie is designed thoughtfully and beautifully. The high ceilings make every space feel remarkable, but it’s the staff (Marilynn, Audra, Chelsi & Liang), friends, and neighbors who make you feel at home, because you are ❤️ Feeling safe is important and this community gives me that peace of mind everyday. There’s a full calendar of activities and you can take part in whatever feels right for you!

I can highly recommend Jovie Belterra for 55+ living. As has been mentioned, the staff is beyond top notch - always quick to respond to any request or need. The place is gorgeous, the activities are FUN, and everyone is so friendly!
