Larkspur At Creekside

I’m leaving 2 stars because I can’t get a callback. My husband and I visited 3 times with 3 separate representatives. Each time we asked specifically if there were any breed restrictions. Each time we were told no. We have a mixed breed boxer with some pittie, so we were concerned. She is a puppy still and very sweet. After the 3rd visit, we chose an apartment and filled out the application. Then we were told about the $1000 “community fee.” We paid both and later were sent the lease agreement. My husband went through the agreement carefully and way at the end in a sub-paragraph was it revealed that ANY mix of a pittie, staffie, etc was grounds for eviction AND they would have animal control take your dog. We immediately called back and expressed our alarm. We were assured that would never happen, they’d never do it. We weee not willing to take that chance. We asked for a refund and were told it was nonrefundable. After emailing Graystar about the situation, we got a call the next day informing us we’d get our refund within 30 days. We’re still waiting. I’ve tried calling and now, no one answers. I want my refund.

I wanted to take a minute of my day to say that as a Vendor in the Multi-Family industry it is always nice to see a great staff. I visit multiple locations every day and walking in to the office and being greeted by Claret was a breath of fresh air. Claret is very professional, sweet and kind. She made my day when I first walked in and got right on helping me out. With the being said, the rest of the staff is amazing as always. Kristina is on top of everything going on and is again a very professional Manager and is so nice to speak with.

Michelle is always there to support, share and conducts a smooth overall transition program. Michelle’s leadership qualities demonstrates her passion for what she does. She goes over, above and beyond her work duties. They have a huge selection of floor plans with high-end modern finishes, location is great and amenities are like no other ... ELIZABETH, Leasing Specialist is exceptionally consistent and does an EXCELLENT job. She goes above and beyond her line of work. She made it easy for us to virtual tour the apartment, because we moved from out of town. She answers all our questions, returns all our calls and is always very pleasant and eager to assist us. Elizabeth’s high level of professionalism is SUPERB!
