We lived at Lookout during a home sale and move across the country, and it was a fantastic community for our family including our two cats and our business. We leased an apartment in the courtyard with a large balcony and tree making it really cozy and quiet. The management is also very responsive and friendly, the property is clean, and the amenities are awesome.

I can not say enough nice things about Angel & Ana. They were both exceptional through the tour/application process up until move in & beyond. The communication was great & Ana made my tour fun but also informative, she’s a true gem. I’m at my two weeks here and I love love love it so much! I have the best view, awesome storage shelves all over in my apt, amazing neighbors and the staff truly care about the property which is evident as you stroll thru the grounds. As a matter of fact, I want to give an extra extra shout out to Angel, we ran into each other walking the grounds and he was out picking up trash. As the manager, how awesome is that to see how much he values this property & gets out there to ensure things stay nice for us all. Thank you, Angel. You are appreciated. Additional bonuses are the awesome resident events like concerts at the pool or taking us out to local spots here in town along with the dark sky community here 👽 Last but not least, a shout out to maintenance staff, Luis & Antoine, they can be spotted working around the property, always a smile on their face when I see them working on getting things done. I LOVE LOVE LOVE IT HERE! Thank you all for making this move super smooth! & Thank each of you for being so kind & welcoming!

Nice Apartments but the Noise Will Drive You Insane! I have lived here over a month now and the property and amenities are nice, the area feels safe, and management seems to be proactive and attentive. And yet, I can give only three stars because since I've moved in, I have had to endure the mind-numbing noise and vibration coming from the roof of my apartment. I wanted to be on the top floor so that I wouldn"t have neighbors walking around above me. Instead, I have a constant orchestra of HVAC units on the roof that are humming their way through my bedroom walls and vibrating the floor of my apartment day and night. That is why at 1:20 a.m., I figured I might as well write my review since I cannot fall asleep. I have plenty of rugs and thick rug pads on the floor to try and dampen the sounds. I've also tried noise apps and headphones, but this sort of noise is hard to explain. It isnt just loud, it also vibrates through the walls and bed. I have no idea why the builders/owners of this complex didn't implement some type of soundproofing so that noises like this from the roof would not bleed through to the apartments. But unfortunately it's all about profit over people. So very disappointing.
