MLK Highline was a fantastic apartment experience. This was my first time in an apartment, and it is going to be tough to beat this one. Kind staff, quality units. If I needed anything, the team had my back. The management team does whatever they can to support you! Huge Shoutout to Preston with the team. The man is as friendly as it gets, professional, and wants what’s best for you. Pleasure being here. Thanks again!

Lived here for two years now in a two bedroom with two medium-large dogs and it has been awesome. These interiors are great and spacious for the price in an awesome area. Very walkable neighborhood with lots of restaurants, pet friendly coffee shops, and even a dance and pilates studios that just opened. These are all in walking distance. There’s also the boggy green belt trail next to the MLK train station that’s great for biking or even just walking the dogs. I’ve had really great neighbors too. One time my dogs got out of the apartment because I forgot to close the door behind me and a couple down the hall called me while I was at work and they helped my pups get back into my apartment. We recently had that crazy hail storm happen and despite it being after business hours on a Wednesday, management and maintenance staff was outside assessing any damage and directing residents on how to access the building while the power was out. I was very impressed. So far I’ve been very happy living here and have recommended the apartment to coworkers and friends who have also moved into the building and enjoy living here too. The view from the sky lounge is just a bonus.

I ended up signing with another apartment, but I toured with Preston Bryan and he was amazing. The apartment was missing a few of my needs but honestly, he alone moved the apartment up my list. Great experience, very cool energy and even though I chose another place, it wasn’t because these apartments lacked, but the other apartment was just a better fit. I will be recommending to friends.
