Mariposa At Cedar Park

It’s hard for the average 8-5 working person to come tour the apartment. I’m the one who helps my mother with things as such. This apartment complex does not open on Saturdays even with appointments in order to help with that. I scheduled for the latest appointment available but it was canceled due to the ice storm. They still texted as though I was a no show to my appt. When I texted back saying they are the ones who canceled it was as if I was inconveniencing them. They canceled not me! I guess they do not need residents that bad. Already a bad look on their part!

Just recently visited my grandparents over the holidays, and I had to take a moment to express how happy I am with their living conditions. They have a HUGE spacious balcony that overlooks the pool, and while I was there the hallways were getting new floors and the community center new furniture. The staff was so nice and accommodating, and you can tell they are in the process of making upgrades through the community. The area itself is super convenient, and they have plenty to do around the community. Keep up the great work, and thank you for taking the time to answer all of our questions.

The office staff never answer the phone or respond to voice mail, or email. The office is closed most of the time. Holly, the manager is very nice, but BriAnn, the assistant manager is rude and unprofessional.. They have unauthorized vehicles parked everywhere; in the fire zones , blocking wheelchair ramps, and in the car ports. Towing is not enforced. This property is supposed to be smoke- free , but many residents smoke inside their apartments, on the patios , and next to exit doors. some residents don't pick after their dogs. There are about eight chairs by the entrance to each building. They are usually used by trouble makers , they are so old ,filthy, and covered with bird poop; they make the property look so bad and tacky , they should be thrown into the dumpster. Most apartments are infested with roaches and bedbugs. The management has a history of shutting off hot water every few months , and it lasts for about a month each time. Maintenance man, (Jean) is so bad, incompetent, unprofessional, and obnoxious, he also spends a lot of time with his big dog at the dog park during the business hours everyday. So, he gets paid for playing with his dog instead of taking care of his job. They also have plumbing problems right now at building D; it's the same problem they had a few months ago! Please see attached pictures. Also, they allow dangerous bread dogs , such as German Shepards , Pit bulls, and Rottweilers . some residents have 2 of each. I don't recommend this place for seniors or anybody else.
