My family and I lived there for six years and we absolutely loved it there. Monica has been the best leasing manager we've ever had by far. The rest of the staff has been great as well. If you are looking for an apartment, then Middletowne Apartments is definitely the perfect place to live. The Middletowne community has been great to us. Thank you Monica, you've been wonderful.

“A hidden gem! I only visited, but I loved it!” I recently visited a friend who lives at Middletowne Apartments, and I’ve got to say, I was genuinely impressed from the moment I pulled in. First of all, the property is so well-kept. The grounds are clean, the landscaping is neat, and there wasn’t a single overflowing dumpster or weird smell in sight... which, let’s be honest, is rare these days. The buildings look cared for, not just thrown together like some places. It gave me “home” vibes before I even made it to the door. Inside, the apartment was just as nice. Everything felt cozy and updated, and the layout actually made sense. Not a bunch of awkward corners or wasted space. And even though I was just a guest, everyone I passed in the hallway smiled or said hello. That small-town friendliness still exists here, apparently. I also noticed how quiet it was. No random yelling, no blaring music through the walls, no barking every time a leaf moved. Just calm. Peaceful. Safe. The office staff greeted me like I actually mattered, even though I wasn’t the one paying rent. That alone says a lot about the culture they’re creating here. Respectful, neighborly, and just... warm. Honestly, if I ever move to this area, Middletowne would be at the top of my list. It’s rare to find an apartment community that balances comfort, cleanliness, and friendliness so well. I didn’t just like it—I loved it.
