Maintenance team are exceptional & fast as well. I love the fact that there's an Amazon locker here. The building layout is weird but I'm learning & still trying to understand which stairs lead to the resident parking garage 😅

The absolute worst apartments ever. Go elsewhere. The leasing office has a nice set up that’s about it. That’s where it ends. Roaches will live with you. Most amenities are non functional, elevators are out of service more often than not. Roaches everywhere, unbelievably bad. 0/10. Elevators stink terribly bad like dirty dog every time you get in them. The stairways never get cleaned, spider webs everywhere. Nothing about these apts are luxurious. Everything is old and outdated. Maybe for 2015 this was the place, not now. Yuck. Talk to the residents before moving anywhere because this not it. Don’t let this apartment complex take your money, and the false friendliness of the agents have you blinded. No one should live uncomfortably. Especially paying top dollar, gross.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! I wish I could put NO STARS!!! I have lived in this building since Feb. 2021 (it is currently JULY 2024) and it has gotten HORRIBLE! In that time we've had *3 property managers and countless listing agent work in the office. *I NEVER had a issue communicating with management until Sheneva and Mikey got into the leasing office! They are very rude and aggressive, they portray friendliness until there's an issue then they display their true aggression, and ignorance! *They implemented $70 "paid assigned parking" in an OPEN PARKING GARAGE!!! Then lowered it to $35 after about 2months because residents weren't buying the nonsense. *The pet area in the rear is ALWAYS littered with so much poop I don’t let my dog use it! *I live in a corner unit my rent is 2285/mo and I've had problems with my windows in my living room leaking water bad when it rains hard, elevators down about a total of 1month out of the year but for 3-7days at a time and they only send the emails AFTER the elevators are out of service *The stairwells are DISGUSTING!!! Dog poop/urine in EVERY stairwell *Some of the "secured" entry doors don't stay locked so anybody can come into the building *TREMENDOUS AMOUT OF HOMELESS constantly getting into the building *The amenities are sub par, the pool is crazy small *The noise level is absurd, the windows are thin and you can literally hear your upstairs neighbor talking in their normal voice from the restrooms!! *I intended to stay here for much longer but it cannot be overstated how bad the management is here, and the units have problems that cannot be seen until after the contract is signed! ***LOOK OUT FOR YOUR BEST INTEREST! Of the 12people I knew when I moved here NONE renewed their lease because of 1 or more of the problems I've listed, some for other reasons. ***Overall Avoid this place unless you are looking for a poorly kept building with AWFUL management and poor customer care. This place is is NOT family friendly, or child friendly! I've seen giant cockroaches in the stairwells, and smaller ones near the main elevator on multiple occasions!
