Mira Vista At La Cantera

I am a current resident here at Mira Vista, I have lived here for over 3 years now and I have to say this has been an amazing place to live. All the amenities have been amazing such as the pool, gym, office space, our amazon package area, our mail area, the tennis court and then the accessible park. The environment here feels very safe and secure. The maintenance has been amazing, once you put a request in they come the following day and are very punctual. Besides that I have moved apartments within the same property a that was a very smooth transition and the team here at the apartments were very sweet and helped in any way they could. Definitely recommend!

I moved in about three weeks ago and I am very happy with my choice of apartment. The management team was very helpful and supportive in getting issues that came up in the application process resolved (Thank you Mary, Vanessa and Miranda for all your help and understanding!) The complex is clean and well maintained and offers good amenities; and the apartment is very nice and spacious, with wonderful views and new appliances. The location is great -close to shopping area, UTSA and more. It's a really nice place to live.

I am a real estate agent and I love the Mira Vista property as it sits on a hill and overlooks all of La Cantera. The apartments are spacious, very clean and well managed. I have had the opportunity to work with a leasing agent named Caitlin Munoz several times at Mira Vista and am so impressed with her skills and the ownership she takes of her job. Caitlin is truly on top of her game and an absolute pleasure to work with. She is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely caring—always putting the clients first. Her dedication and tireless work ethic shine through in everything she does, especially in making sure each apartment is not only ready but also beautiful and welcoming. The apartments even have a fresh smell. She goes above and beyond to ensure a smooth leasing process, and her professionalism and warmth make her an invaluable asset to Mira Vista, and the company in general. She is also a testament to the leadership hiring the very best. Kudos all around.
