Modera EaDo

I thoroughly cleaned my unit before moving out, yet I was still charged a $150 cleaning fee. Management informed me that the fee is mandatory unless a third-party cleaning service is hired and an invoice is provided—something I have not experienced at previous residences. Additionally, residents should be aware that receiving a full deposit refund appears unlikely. Update: I’ve included pictures of the move out condition.

From when we first toured, we really loved the complex. It’s very well kept, clean, and has an overall friendly environment. Eli was super nice and helped us tour many different apartment options that fit within what we were looking for. He was genuine in his help and not pushy, as some other places we had toured were. We love all the amenities, especially the dog run and dog park. Eli was super helpful with answering any questions we had prior to lease signing and on move in day. Eli, Tariq, and Mona have all been so kind and helpful throughout our move here. We’ve been here for about 2 months now, and everything has continued to be great and comfortable. The area is calm and safe, the apartment complex does great with security as well with different access points only being able to open with your key fob. The cleaning staff has been wonderful, very kind and always working hard to keep the place spotless — something we had previously had issues with at the apartment we lived at prior to Modera EaDo. They also host multiple community events to get the apartment community to meet and have a good time. Big plus, we have had zero issues in our apartment unit since moving in. Overall, would definitely recommend Modera EaDo to anyone looking for a comfortable, friendly, safe place to live.

I've lived here for over a year, but I'm leaving due to a job transfer. I really enjoyed my stay here. Both the management team and the maintenance team were very proactive and dedicated. The apartment complex isn't stingy like some other apartments; for example, parking is still free, and it's always been easy to discuss things with them.
